HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

​All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for full refund (excluding shipping fees). Return shipping to Sunbury HQ (address will be provided) is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Returns will not be accepted outside of the 14 day period.

To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase the product, you are not eligible for a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if product has been damaged or used.
